Refund and Exchange Policy


We’re proud of the quality of the products we sell and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases.

In the event a product is not meeting your expectations or is defective, we will provide a refund or exchange within 30 days of the purchase*

Please call us at 480-621-5555 or send us an email and we will provide specific instructions and addresses for the returns. To keep the process as simple as possible for you, the refund amount (including applicable sales taxes) will be refunded in the original payment method (i.e. credit card, check, etc.)

***Some items are not refundable due to consumer safety reasons.*** Those items include: Ammunition, Firearms that have been transferred to you including black powder and/or muzzle loading guns, primers, and gunpowder. Upper & lower receiver assemblies, stripped upper and lower receivers, bolt assemblies, and complete barrel assemblies cannot be returned once they have been installed/pinned/mounted and/or fired. Please inspect upper receiver assemblies & barrel assemblies carefully BEFORE mounting them.

Rifle, shotgun, and handgun scopes/holographic optic sights/laser sight systems, and parts (triggers, quad-rails, bolts, bolt assemblies, receivers, etc.) are non-returnable once they have been mounted to the weapon, fired, or clamped/pinched in a mounting bracket. All manufacturers’ warranties are in effect and we will gladly assist you with manufacturer contact information.

If you have a product defect with any of these items we’re happy to help you in contacting the proper manufacturer for assistance with warranty service or complete replacement. Many product problems & questions can be resolved over the phone. Please call 480-621-5555 for assistance.

Damaged Items

For items damaged in shipment, or drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer please call Customer Service at 480-621-5555 or contact us by email before returning. Some products we sell are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty that requires items to be sent directly to the manufacturer for replacement or repair.

Beyond 30 Days

If you have an item that’s more than 30 days beyond the date of purchase and are having problems with that product – please call us. Some of our distributors provide warranties above and beyond the manufacturer warranties on selected products. We have a list of the manufacturers’ and distributors’ warranty departments and will get you in contact with the right people to get the matter resolved.

Regulatory or Legal Matters

Refunds due to FAILURE TO PASS AN FBI BACKGROUND CHECK will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. If you’re not certain whether or not your criminal history will prohibit you from taking possession of a firearm, find out BEFORE having a gun or serial number controlled gun part shipped two directions across the United States.

STRAW PURCHASE – Refunds due to a second person (potentially a straw buyer) attempting to take delivery of a firearm or serial number controlled part of a firearm will be charged a 10% handling/restocking fee. Responsible gun buyers are expected to pick up THEIR OWN firearms at the receiver FFL. If the person attempting to receive the firearm and/or serial number controlled part of a firearm and have a ATF 4473 background check done is NOT the person on the original invoice, we will ask the receiver FFL to immediately stop the trasaction and return the firearm to us. Once we receive the firearm back a refund less the 10% handling/restocking fee will be credited to the original purchaser. This policy is NOT negotiable – “Don’t Lie for the Other Guy”

Unacceptance of FFL Transfer Fee

Please work out the FFL transfer cost ahead of the shipment and know what you are going to pay – we are not responsible for transfer fee and/or transfer fee changes imposed by the receiving FFL once they have received the restricted item.

FFL restricted items that are returned to us due to you not accepting the FFL transfer fee at the receiving FFL are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Shipping and Handling Charges

Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded unless an error occurred on our part in the shipment of your order.
