We may disclose information that is personally identifiable to a financial institution and others for the purpose of jointly offering an HEALY credit card or HEALY credit offer.

LENGTH OF TIME WE STORE INFORMATION:

We are required by US FEDERAL LAW and BATFE regulation to collect the personal information of gun purchasers and controlled gun part (i.e. stripped lower receiver) purchasers for a period of time defined by the BATFE.  We store that information in strict accordance with the laws/regulations.  Should those laws/regulations be changed, our policy will be updated and changed accordingly. 

We generally keep user data on our server or in our archives for as long as we reasonably need it (for instance, for taxation or insurance purposes, or in case orders may give rise to claims).

We may alter this practice according to changing requirements. For example, we may delete some data, if needed, to free up storage space. We may keep other data for longer periods if the law requires it.

NOTE:  In addition, information posted in a public forum could stay in the public domain indefinitely (forever).

 

THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES:

Our Site may contain links to third party websites.

Clicking on a third party website link will essentially take you to a third party’s website.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such websites even if you access those using links from our Site.

Your use of these third party websites is entirely at your own risk and we recommend that you check the privacy and security policy of each website you visit.

We make no representation or warranty as to the effectiveness, quality, legitimacy or data protections of any third party website.

 

THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS:

We employ other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf. Examples include fulfilling orders, delivering packages, sending postal mail and e-mail, removing repetitive information from customer lists, analyzing data, providing marketing assistance, providing search results and links (including paid listings and links), processing credit card payments, and providing customer service. They have access to personal information needed to perform their functions, but may not use it for other purposes.

CHILD PROTECTION POLICY:

We do not sell products for purchase by children.  We sell products that can be used by children that are for purchase on the Site by adults.  If you are under 18, you may use our Site only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

COPPA:  We’re committed to protecting the identity and privacy of children online.  We comply fully with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). SOCIAL MEDIA AND PUBLIC FORUMS:

Any information you submit in a public forum (e.g. a blog, chat room, or social network like Facebook or YouTube) can be read, collected, or used by us and others, and could be used to personalize your shopping experience. You are responsible for the information you choose to submit in these instances.

 

BUSINESS SALE OR ACQUISITION:

As we develop our business, we might sell or buy stores, subsidiaries, or business units. In such transactions, customer information generally is one of the transferred business assets but remains subject to the promises made in any pre-existing Privacy Notice / Policy (unless, the customer consents otherwise).  In the event that HEALY™ or a substantial portion of its assets are acquired, customer information will of course be one of the transferred assets.

From time to time, we may send non-commercial electronic mail messages to your email account.

In addition, we regularly send email order confirmations and email order updates to you after you have submitted an order.

By creating an account you are agreeing to receive exclusive marketing emails, discounts, coupons and promotions sent directly to your email account.  You will have the ability to opt-out of those emails by clicking the opt-out link contained in those emails or by updating that account preference by clicking on the MY ACCOUNT link at the top of each page. 

 

CONDITIONS OF USE, NOTICE(S), AND REVISION(S):

If you choose to visit the Site, your visit and any dispute over privacy is subject to this Notice and our Terms and Conditions of Use, including limitations on damages, resolution of disputes, and application of the law of the state of Arizona.  If you have any concern about privacy at our Site, please contact us with a thorough description, and we will try to resolve it.  

Due to the nature of what we sell, our business and business regulatory environment change constantly, and our Privacy Policy and the Terms and Conditions of Use will change also.  We may e-mail periodic reminders of our notices and conditions, unless you have instructed us not to, but you should check our Site frequently to see recent changes.  Unless stated otherwise, our current Privacy Policy applies to all information that we have about you and your account.
